ALBAYALDE AT THE KAPIHAN. Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief, Director General Oscar Albayalde, tackles recent issues, such as the investigation of ranking police officials in Bacolod City for poor performance and the firing of the station commander in Navotas City for allegedly failing to detect drug activities involving minors who were rescued in a recent drug operation.
