ZIPPER LANE. Motorists use the zipper lane along Quezon Avenue to avoid heavy traffic on Tuesday (April 30, 2024). The Quezon City government and the Metro Manila Development Authority opened the zipper lane to study the traffic flow along Elliptical Road and Quezon Avenue and use the findings as a basis for transport infrastructure.
