MANILA – Most parts of the country will continue to experience isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms and the southwesterly wind flow affecting the western section of Luzon, the weather bureau said Wednesday.

The frontal system affecting extreme Northern Luzon will also continue to cause rains over Batanes and the Babuyan Islands, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.

Flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains are likely.

Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the southwesterly wind flow will prevail over Zambales and Bataan.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have isolated rain showers.

PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the entire country will continue to experience light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas. (PNA)
